Special Awards

QUEEN ELIZABETH II SILVER JUBILEE TROPHY

The Queen Elizabeth II Silver Jubilee Trophy is awarded to an outstanding Northern Territory exhibitor. A panel consisting of the President (or in his/her absence a Vice President) and three Committee members will act as judges. In awarding this trophy, the judges will consider the following points:

1. The number of classes entered by an exhibitor.
2. The exhibitor who may have produced an outstanding or extraordinary exhibit.
3. The entry or entries of most interest to the public.
4. An exhibit representative of development in the Northern Territory.

If in the opinion of the judges, there is no entry or entries worthy, the Queen Elizabeth II Trophy will not be awarded.

An annual award recognising the exceptional contribution of an RASNT junior steward in the staging of the Royal Darwin Show. Presented by Her Honour, The Administrator, Vicki O’Halloran AM.

An annual award recognising the exceptional contribution of an RASNT steward in the staging of the Royal Darwin Show. Presented by the Chief Minister of the Northern Territory.

Winner of Scholarship to Academy of Country Music – Prayer Corby.

Each year the Royal Agricultural Society of the Northern Territory Inc. rewards stallholders they believe have the ‘Best Exhibits’ at the Royal Darwin Show. In the categories:
